What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.

U.S. Customers: You have 4 options when making a return:
Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 30 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned after 30 days from delivery

Exchange: Emooqi will replace damaged or defective items. Our customer specialists are available Monday through Friday from 6 am - 10:30 pm ET. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:

Store Credit: If you want to make a return and it is past the 30-day delivery date, you will receive a store credit that you can use at emooqi.com at checkout.

Items not eligible for a refund:
Gift cards

Orders received over 30 days ago (store credit will be issued, instead)

Gift Returns
If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please procure the receipt from the purchaser in order to process the return.
